Ingredients
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Orange (Citrus sinensis), Lemon (Citrus Limonum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Sweet Almond Oil.

Directions
Inhale directly from the bottle or place a small amount in palm of hand, cup over nose and mouth (avoiding the eyes) and inhale. Apply to pulse points (behind the ears, inside the wrists, or even try the back of the neck or the soles of the feet. You have the largest and most pores on the soles of your feet, so it is readily and very effectively absorbed into the body this way.
